By booking an appointment at Oz @ Sami Halaseh Salon, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments – Services are available by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

2. Cancellations – We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited booking privileges.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Refunds are not provided.

4. Pricing – Prices for services may change without notice. A final quote will be provided during your consultation.

5. Health & Safety – Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service to ensure your comfort and safety.
