1. Appointment booking and cancellation

Advance Reservations: Sami Halaseh Salon, (the salon) recommends reserving appointments in advance to secure preferred times and stylists.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: The salon policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a fee, typically 50% of the service cost. Some salons may have tiered policies, requiring more notice for group bookings or longer appointments.

Late Arrival Policy: The salon has a grace period (e.g., 15 minutes) for late arrivals. If a client is significantly late, the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice are often charged the full service amount.

Booking Fees/Deposits: The Salon requires a deposit or a credit card on file when booking, which may be forfeited in case of late cancellations or no-shows.
2. Service and safety

3. General salon etiquette

Punctuality: Arriving on time is crucial for smooth scheduling and to avoid delays for other clients.

Cell Phone Use: We have policies regarding cell phone use in waiting areas, encouraging respectful behavior.

Children and Pets: Please call in advance regarding bringing a pet into the salon, and children who cause a disturbance will be asked to be looked after by their caregiver.

Food and Drink: Please be respectful in regards of bringing outside food and beverages for hygiene and cleanliness reasons.
