Accessible Facilities: The salon is wheelchair accessible, including entryways, restrooms, and service areas. This includes step-free entry, accessible parking, and wide doorways and aisles. Restrooms are ADA-compliant with grab bars and maneuvering space, and adjustable chairs and sinks are available for services.

Staff Training: Staff members are trained on accessibility and assisting clients with disabilities, including disability awareness and etiquette.

Communication: Various communication methods are offered, such as phone, email, and in-person. The team is trained to communicate clearly and respectfully, and visual aids, written materials, and assistive communication devices are available upon request.

Sensory Accommodations: Adjustments can be made for sensory sensitivities, such as offering quieter areas, dimming lights, lowering music volume, or providing alternative communication for hearing impairments. There are also private areas for services.

Personalized Services: Requests for adjustments are welcome, and clients are encouraged to inform the salon of specific needs when booking to allow for preparation.
